Our renowned establishment features 180 guest beds in various rooms and suites, the "Postresidenz" apartment building, the "Ursprung" restaurant & wine bar, the "BAR 67" hotel and cocktail bar, the "Postillion SPA" wellness area, and the "ViderAlp" mountain restaurant.
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for the hotel restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for 18 staff members in the winter and 12 in the summer, as well as for scheduling, work assignments, the entire service process, guest relations, creating the seating chart, and training service apprentices.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in a culinary or tourism program, as well as several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Professional demeanor, passion for the job, self-confidence, and strong communication skills
- Responsible, independent, flexible, resilient, and organized
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Good English skills
