Description
The legendary Hotel Post of the Wolf family is located right in the center of Ischgl between the three feeder lifts to the ski and hiking area.
Our renowned hotel has 180 guest beds in various rooms and suites, the apartment house "Postresidenz", "Ursprung" - restaurant & wine bar, "BAR 67" hotel and cocktail bar, the wellness area "Postillion SPA" and the mountain restaurant "ViderAlp".
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for the hotel restaurant. Here you will be responsible for 18 employees in winter and 12 employees in summer, as well as for the duty rosters, work assignments, the entire service process, looking after guests and creating the table plan and training apprentices in service.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in gastronomy / tourism school and several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Well-groomed appearance, love for the profession, self-confident and strong communication skills
- Responsible, independent, flexible, resilient and organized
- Very good knowledge of German (spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of English
- Language skills
