Our renowned hotel has 180 guest beds in various rooms and suites, the "Postresidenz" apartment building, the "Ursprung" restaurant & wine bar, the "BAR 67" hotel and cocktail bar, the "Postillion SPA" wellness area, and the "ViderAlp" mountain restaurant.
We are looking for a restaurant manager for the hotel restaurant. Here you will be responsible for 18 employees in winter and 12 employees in summer, as well as for the duty rosters, work schedules, the entire service process, guest care, creating the table plan, and training the apprentices in service.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in gastronomy / tourism school and several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Well-groomed appearance, love for the profession, self-confident and strong communication skills
- Responsible, independent, flexible, resilient and organized
- Very good knowledge of German (spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of English
- Language skills
