Description
Here at the Böglerhof, a family-run 5-star hotel in the picturesque Alpbachtal valley, we place great emphasis on hospitality, quality, and a harmonious working environment. We are looking for a motivated commis de cuisine to join our team starting May 14, 2026, someone who will enrich our team with passion and creativity.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the kitchen team: You will assist with food preparation and ensure that everything served is fresh and delicious.
- Preparing simple dishes: You will be responsible for preparing basic dishes and will work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie to further develop your skills.
- Hygiene and cleanliness: You ensure that all hygiene regulations are followed and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Preparation and mise en place: You handle ingredient preparation and mise en place to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
- Learning and Development: You are eager to learn from more experienced colleagues and expand your culinary skills.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training: You have completed training as a chef and ideally have some experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Passion for cooking: You enjoy cooking and want to develop your skills in a creative environment.
- Team spirit and motivation: You value teamwork and have a positive attitude.
- Flexibility and resilience: You are prepared to work in a dynamic environment and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- High quality awareness: You value fresh ingredients and always strive for the best quality in preparation.
