Description

The position is available from May 12, 2026, or by agreement.
Requirements
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for your own service station
- Personal, cordial and attentive care of our guests
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the service area
- Support, supervision and training of Commis de Rang and trainees
- Competent advice for our guests on food and drink selection
- Working closely with the kitchen and team - for perfect teamwork
What we want from you:
- Several years of experience in the upscale hotel industry (4* superior or 5*)
- Enjoy being a host and have a keen sense for guests' wishes
- Structured, clean and precise way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and reliability - even when things get stressful
- Well-groomed appearance, good manners and a friendly nature.
