Description

To ensure our guests enjoy a special vacation experience every day, we are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as Head Waiter ( m/f/d)—someone who is passionate about service and willing to take on responsibility.
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing a service station
- Providing warm and attentive service to our guests
- Professional serving of food and beverages
- Providing expert advice on food and beverage selections
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Supporting and guiding commis de rang and trainees
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team
- Preparation and mise en place for professional service
What we’re looking for in you:
- Experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry (ideally 4* Superior or 5*)
- A passion for hospitality and an intuitive understanding of our guests’ needs
- A structured and meticulous approach to work
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, and reliability
- A well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor
- Language skills
