Description
Your responsibilities:
- Designing and preparing seasonal dishes—in collaboration with our kitchen team.
- Independently preparing desserts, side dishes, and salads.
- Assisting the head chef with daily menu planning and preparation.
- Kitchen cleanliness – You ensure order and cleanliness in your work area.
- Harmonious teamwork within the kitchen team, with a focus on quality and hygiene.
Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Working independently is a matter of course for you, and you look forward to creating culinary experiences together with us.
- Completed professional training is desirable, but not essential if you already have enough professional experience in a similar position.
- You keep a cool head even at peak times and are keen to take on responsibility.
- You are a team player and speak good German.
- Flexibility, resilience and a passion for good food round off your profile.
