Description
Your tasks:
- Designing and implementing seasonal dishes - in collaboration with our kitchen team.
- Independent preparation of side dishes, desserts and salads.
- Supporting the head chef in daily menu planning and preparation.
- Harmonious cooperation in the kitchen team with a focus on good quality and hygiene.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- You are used to working independently and look forward to creating culinary experiences together with us.
- Completed training in the profession is desirable, but not essential if you already have sufficient professional experience in a similar position.
- You keep a cool head even when things get busy and are keen to take on responsibility.
- German is your native language or you speak German well.
- You are flexible, resilient, and passionate about good food.
