Your Responsibilities as a Commis de Rang:
- Supporting the service team in preparing for and carrying out the service process
- Greeting and attending to guests during their stay
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with the relevant service standards
- Helping to ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience as a commis de rang or in the service industry, but this isn’t a MUST!
- A strong willingness to learn and motivation to get up to speed on new tasks (we also welcome candidates from other fields)
- Enjoy interacting with guests and have a friendly, open demeanor
- Good communication skills in German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
