Requirements
For the service area in our hotel, breakfast and/or lunch and dinner service, basic experience in serving is required. The basics of hotel restaurant service must already be known from practical work. Beverage preparation, pouring experience and plate service guidelines must be known. Attentiveness, familiar guest contact, politeness, enjoyment of meeting guests, teamwork, collegiality, problem-solving skills and helpfulness are the basics of service. A position in service is a co-host position. The willingness to continue learning is another important basis for recruitment.
