Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an altitude of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality of the highest standard. With 100 guest rooms and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commis de Rang (m/f/d) for the upcoming winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027 .
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting the Chef de Rang in managing the service station
- Providing warm and attentive service to our guests
- Serving food and beverages
- Preparing and carrying out the daily mise en place
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Actively supporting a smooth service flow
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry is a plus
- Some work experience in customer service
- Enjoy working with people and providing high-quality service
- A neat and professional appearance, as well as excellent manners
- A structured and reliable work style
- Commitment to quality, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
- Sufficient German language skills to communicate with guests; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
