Description
As Chef de Rang, you will charm our guests with your communicative manner and in-depth knowledge of wine. Your experienced, independent way of working is the icing on the cake that perfectly highlights our cuisine, which has been awarded a MICHELIN star and 3 toques.
YOUR TASKS:
- Independent management of your own station
- Ensuring an optimal service process
- Beverage and wine sales as well as wine recommendations
- Implementation of wine service - preparation of the daily "mise en place"
- Attentive food and beverage service
- Shared responsibility for order & cleanliness in the entire restaurant
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Professional experience in the hotel industry
- Very good German and good English skills, any other language an advantage
- Confident, well-groomed appearance
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality & reliability
- Ambition, sociability and motivation
- Excellent technical knowledge and very good wine knowledge

Requirements
