Description
As a Chef de Rang, you will charm our guests with your friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of wine. Your experienced, independent approach is the icing on the cake that perfectly showcases our MICHELIN-starred and 4-toque-awarded cuisine.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently managing the Alpin Gourmet Stube
- Ensuring optimal service operations
- Selling beverages and wine, as well as making wine recommendations
- Providing wine service and preparing the daily “mise en place”
- Attentive food and beverage service
- Sharing responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Professional experience in the hospitality industry
- Very good German and good English skills; any additional languages are a plus
- A confident, well-groomed appearance
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
- Ambition, sociability, and motivation
- Excellent professional knowledge and very good knowledge of wine

Requirements
