Description
To strengthen our service team at the hotel restaurant and our Alpin Gourmet Stube (awarded a MICHELIN star and 4 toques), we are looking for a passionate sommelier who will delight our guests with expertise, charm, and excellent wine recommendations. Your responsibilities will include managing our wine list, purchasing and storing wines, and providing personalized advice to our guests.
Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant industry
- Certified sommelier, ideally with an Austrian sommelier certification
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian and international wines
- Passion for wine and the culinary arts
- A hospitable attitude and enjoyment of interacting with guests
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented spirit
- Help design the wine list
- Wine tastings for our guests and our team
Implementing creative new ideas to delight our guests
