Your Responsibilities – A Passion for Hospitality!• Assisting the Chef de Rang in ensuring smooth service operations• Guest service—always with a smile!• Mise en place & preparation to ensure everything runs perfectly• Standing in for the Chef de Rang on days off• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the service area
