Our 4-star family hotel in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena offers unforgettable vacation experiences for families with 91 rooms and suites, a 1,100 m² wellness area, and a spacious children’s activity area. The front desk is the heart of our hotel—and this is exactly where we’re looking to add long-term staff!

Your Responsibilities – First impressions count!• Check-in & Check-out – You ensure a warm welcome and a smooth departure• Guest Services & Concierge – You are the first point of contact for questions and requests• Processing reservations & guest correspondence• Coordinating arrivals & departures to ensure everything runs smoothly• Creating menus, daily schedules, and informational materials• Answering the phone & communicating with other departments

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table!• Completed training in the hospitality industry or in a business-related field• Enjoy working with people and have a service-oriented mindset• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently• A polished, friendly demeanor and confident communication• Resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations
