What do we expect from you?

• Completed training in the hotel industry or a commercial business and experience in a similar position
• Commercial & organizational skills
• Proficient in German & English, any other language an advantage
• Stress resistance & composure during busy sales periods
• Flexibility & ability to work in a team
• Guest & service-oriented with impeccable manners
• Friendly & accommodating personality
• Sense of responsibility, honesty, punctuality & reliability

What are your tasks?

• Check-in & Check-out
• Control of arrival & departure
• Reception & care of our guests in all matters
• Answering and transferring telephone calls, messages, etc.
• Guest correspondence
• Processing & acceptance of reservations
• Creation of menu cards, evening post, children's registrations, etc.
