Your area of responsibility: - Attentive and friendly attitude towards guests - Reading guests' wishes from their eyes and fulfilling them - Assisting our guests in the half-board area - Supporting your Chef de Rang's to ensure a smooth service flow - Complete mise en place work in front of and behind the scenes - Setting tables for the evening - Food and beverage service according to the given standard of the house - Clearing dishes and glasses from the tables - Completing daily tasks behind the scenes - Washing glasses, polishing cutlery, etc. - Carrying out daily cleaning tasks and machine maintenance Your requirements profile: - Completed vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience are desirable - Sound specialist knowledge - Preferably also in combination with housekeeping - Attentive and helpful interaction with colleagues - High quality awareness and careful handling of the work utensils provided - Organizational talent and independent way of working - Open-mindedness and interest in new tasks - Highest quality and cleanliness awareness as well as a love for the work environment and cleanliness awareness and attention to detail - Knowledge of hygiene regulations and cleaning agents - Enjoyment of the job - Ability to work in a team - Enjoy dealing with people - Very good knowledge of German and English - Clean and well-groomed appearance - Honesty, Discretion, punctuality and reliability are important to us
