Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the Chef de Rang during daily service
- Preparing and cleaning up the restaurant (mise en place)
- Serving food and beverages
- Providing high-quality service to families with children
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the service area
- Compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assisting with children’s buffets, themed evenings, and family events
- Friendly and patient interaction with children of all ages
Professional Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus
- Initial professional experience in service is desirable
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Confident in service techniques
- Knowledge of German required; additional languages (English) preferred
Purpose of the Position
To assist the Chef de Rang in attending to guests and ensuring a warm, professional, and child-friendly service experience in the restaurant.
