Purpose of the Position

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the professional organization and management of the front desk area. He or she ensures that operations at the front desk run smoothly, guarantees excellent guest service, and provides professional and organizational leadership to the front desk team.

Professional Requirements

  • Completed training in the hotel, tourism, or service industry
  • Several years of professional experience working at the front desk, ideally with leadership experience
  • Proficiency in using hotel management and reservation systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English;
  • Knowledge of complaint and quality management
