Your Responsibilities at the Jägerwirt • Acting as the restaurant manager’s representative • Helping to ensure the smooth operation of our events, à la carte service, bar operations, and the hotel dining room, as well as supervising staff and trainees in the restaurant manager’s absence • Catering to our discerning guests and providing professional service • Quality control and quality assurance with regard to our standards, product quality, and the overall appearance of the department • Responsibility for proper invoicing and accurate billing What sets you apart • Completed vocational training • Excellent technical knowledge and a good understanding of wine • A prudent and goal-oriented approach to work • Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure • Reliability and an understanding of our guests and their needs • Good communication skills and a team player • Strong service orientation and commitment to quality
