Description
We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our company.

Tasks:
- Deputizing for the station chef: Take responsibility when the Chef de Partie is absent.
- Preparation is everything: Carefully prepare mise en place for your station.
- Team player & mentor: Support commis chefs and trainees, guide them, and promote their development.
- High-quality preparation: Prepare dishes at your station professionally and in accordance with our standards.
- Quality & safety: Check food and goods, pay attention to HACCP requirements.
- Support for the chef de partie: Actively assist with the organization and running of the station.
- Inventory control: Keep track of ingredients, stock levels, and order at your station.

Requirements
- Education & experience: Successfully completed vocational training as a chef and initial experience in a comparable position.
- Passion for cooking: You love your job, are enthusiastic about fresh ingredients, and enjoy preparing every dish.
- Team spirit & willingness to learn: You enjoy working in a team, support your colleagues, and are open to new techniques and ideas.
- Sense of responsibility: You pay attention to quality, hygiene, and efficient work without losing sight of the cost aspect.
- Long-term commitment: You are looking for a challenge where you can develop and grow in the long term.
