We are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist (m/f) for our 4-star superior hotel with à la carte evening restaurant Panorama (not a typical half-board hotel) in Obertauern. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team of equals.

Requirements
You have completed training as a hotel specialist and have already gained experience at reception. Do you have a talent for languages and can you speak and write other languages in addition to German and English? If you have a confident, self-assured manner and good interpersonal skills, are self-motivated, punctual, responsible and reliable, then you've come to the rightplace in our team!
- Professional reception and support of our guests
- Telephone and e-mail correspondence (inquiries, information, concierge activities)
- Keeping lists (e.g. event registrations)
- "Rooming" - guests are guided through the hotel on arrival and taken to their room
- Preparation of "welcome drinks" such as a glass of sparkling wine or coffee
- Preparation of menus and "morning post"
- Check-in and check-out
- Preparation of room cards for guests
- Preparation of lift passes for guests
- Close cooperation with other departments (floor, restaurant, kitchen, ...)
