For our 4-star superior hotel with the à la carte Panorama dinner restaurant (not a typical half-board establishment) in Obertauern, we are seeking a qualified and motivated receptionist (m/f). We offer you a varied and challenging role in a dynamic team where everyone is treated as an equal.

Requirements
You have completed your training as a hotel manager and have already gained experience working at the front desk. Are you linguistically gifted and fluent in German and English, as well as other languages, both spoken and written? If you impress with a confident, self-assured demeanor and excellent manners, and if you are self-motivated, punctual, responsible, and reliable, then you’ll be a great fit for our team!Responsibilities
- Professional reception and guest services
- Handling phone and email correspondence (inquiries, information, concierge services)
- Maintaining lists (e.g., event registrations)
- “Rooming” – guiding guests through the hotel upon arrival and escorting them to their rooms
- Preparing “welcome drinks” such as a glass of sparkling wine or coffee
- Preparing menus and “morning mail”
- Check-in and check-out
- Preparing room keys for guests
- Preparing elevator passes for guests
- Close collaboration with other departments (floor staff, restaurant, kitchen, etc.)
- Handling guest requests
- Maintaining guest data in the PMS system (hotel software)
