Description
Would you like to develop your skills in service and take on more responsibility?
As a demi chef de rang, you will assist the chef de rang in looking after a station with around 25 guests. You will provide our guests with expert advice on food and beverages, make appropriate wine recommendations (possible in Italian or Austrian restaurants), and independently take on parts of the professional wine service.
In the evening, we work exclusively in à la carte service – quality, individuality, and personal guest contact are the focus.
