Are you looking to advance your career in the service industry and take on more responsibility?
As a Demi Chef de Rang, you’ll assist the Chef de Rang in managing a section with approximately 25 guests. You’ll provide expert advice to our guests on food and beverages, make appropriate wine recommendations (possible in the Italian or Austrian restaurant), and independently handle aspects of professional wine service.
In the evening, we operate exclusively as an à la carte service —quality, individuality, and personal guest interaction are our top priorities.
