• You have completed vocational training in the hotel/catering industry and/or already have professional experience in a similar position.
• You enjoy your job as much as we do

• You have a great personality, a neat appearance, and good manners

• You have very good German and at least intermediate English skills 

The tasks

• Managing the entremetier station
• Production and plating of à la carte dishes, as well as half-board evening meals (alpine, plant-based, intolerances)
• Quality assurance and control
• Maintenance of the cold storage room and goods
• Organization, responsibility, and supervision of work processes
• Employee management and motivation
• Ensuring order and cleanliness
