The Responsibilities

• Managing the Entremetier station
• Preparing and plating à la carte dishes, as well as evening half-board meals (Alpine, vegetarian, dietary restrictions)
• Quality assurance and inspection
• Maintenance of the cold storage and inventory
• Organization, responsibility, and supervision of work processes
• Staff management and motivation
• Ensuring order and cleanliness
