We are currently seeking a motivated junior chef (m/f/d) for our family-run, intimate "pampering and wellness hotel."

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparation (mise en place) and cooking of meals at the assigned station.
- Plating and garnishing dishes.
- Strict adherence to quality, freshness, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing food.
- Cleaning the workstation.
- Assisting the kitchen team during banquets and in à la carte service.
- Responsibilities:
- Independently managing the station according to instructions.
Shared responsibility for food costs.
Your Skills
- You have completed vocational training in the hospitality/restaurant industry and/or already have some professional experience in a similar position.
- You approach your work with joy and passion, just like we do

Responsibilities
