Requirements
- Cleaning dishes and cookware in accordance with HACCP guidelines, assisting chefs with light kitchen tasks as needed. Ensuring a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen
Responsibilities and skills
- Pre-cleaning and washing of black dishes (pots, pans, and trays)
- Pre-cleaning and washing of dishes, porcelain, and cutlery
- Storing black dishes, tableware, and porcelain in their designated places
- Daily cleaning of the dishwasher in compliance with HACCP regulations
- Refilling cleaning chemicals and cleaning agents
- Assisting with washing and peeling vegetables and fruit as needed
- Assisting with goods receipt and putting away goods in compliance with HACCP regulations
- Daily cleaning of floor drains, sinks, and floors at the end of the kitchen shift
- Daily assistance with cleaning the kitchen floor as needed
- Cleaning kitchen windows and storage areas
- Disinfection of shelves and work surfaces
- Assistance with cleaning the kitchen, storage rooms, and cold storage rooms as needed
- Assistance with plating and garnishing as needed
- Daily waste management in the kitchen (cleaning trash cans, disposing of waste)
- Removal of empty containers, cardboard boxes, empties, and delivery crates from the kitchen area to the designated areas
