Our hotel has 41 rooms, a restaurant, terrace, wellness area with indoor pool, several saunas, steam bath, caldarium, and fitness room. The hotel is open during two seasons.

Requirements
You have completed training at reception or have already gained several years of experience at reception.
You are looking forward to joining a young team that performs its tasks with great enthusiasm, motivation, fun and good humor. Guest care:
Answering questions, advising on local attractions, events and services, assisting with luggage storage.
Communication:
Answering and forwarding phone calls, handling emails and general correspondence.
Administration:
Keeping guest books, maintaining databases and compiling statistics.
Accounting:
Preparing hotel invoices, processing payments (cash, credit card) and cash management.
Problem solving:
Dealing with complaints, claims and unforeseen situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
