Our hotel has 41 rooms, guesthouse restaurant, terrace, wellness area with indoor pool, several saunas, steam bath, caldarium, fitness room. The hotel is run as a 2-season business

Requirements
You have completed training at reception or have already gained several years of experience at reception.
You are looking forward to joining a young team that performs its tasks with great enthusiasm, motivation, fun and good humor. You will help us to maintain our high standards and drive positive development. Guest care:
Answering questions, advising on local attractions, events and services, assisting with luggage storage.
Communication:
Answering and forwarding phone calls, handling emails and general correspondence.
Administration:
Keeping guest books, maintaining databases and compiling statistics.
Accounting:
Preparing hotel invoices, processing payments (cash, credit card) and cash management.
Problem solving:
Dealing with complaints, claims and unforeseen situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
