Description
We are looking for a reliable assistant chef for our hotel kitchen, which serves 120 guests.
The hotel kitchen offers upscale cuisine featuring plenty of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Your responsibilities will include preparing breakfast, the salad buffet, and assisting with the menu.
Depending on the season, the kitchen team consists of 6 colleagues, under Austrian management.
Shift hours are 8 a.m.–1 p.m. and 5 p.m.–9 p.m.; early shifts starting at 6:30 a.m. are sometimes required.
If the working relationship goes well, we’d be happy to have you stay for several seasons.
The hotel is open approximately 9.5 months a year: summer from mid-May through the end of October
This season runs through the end of October, then resumes in mid-December.
Requirements
Assist in the kitchen with breakfast, the salad bar, and appetizers,
and with the set menu, including plating and supervising the buffet.
5-day workweek during the summer season; 5.5 or 6 days during the winter season

Working hours are adhered to, and since there are very few à la carte orders,
