How you fulfill your role

Preparation and preparation work for our centerpiece in the morning: our breakfast buffet You look after this lovingly and always keep an eye on supplies and cleanliness! You will also look after our egg station in the front cooking area. Omelette, egg dish or fried egg - there are no limits to your creativity. You pay attention to precise execution and perfection in handling the food. You will help maintain the cold store and inventory and ensure that our high-quality products are handled sustainably. You will also be responsible for the quality control of work processes for efficiency and compliance with all hygiene guidelines (HACCP), as well as the daily cleaning work required for this.

What you bring with you

You have vocational training in the catering/hotel industry or experience in this field and are willing to learn a lot more; your appearance is authentic and at the same time well-groomed. You have a good grasp of things and are open to new ideas and methods. You contribute creatively when suggestions are needed.
