How you fulfill your role

Preparation and preparation work for our centerpiece in the morning: our breakfast buffetYou look after this lovingly and always keep an eye on supplies and cleanliness.Two days a week you look after our egg station in the front cooking area.omelette, egg dish or fried egg | there are no limits to creativity.you pay attention to precise execution and perfection in handling the food.You are responsible for the cleanliness in your work area and around our buffet and make sure that work is carried out in a cost-conscious manner.you help maintain the cold store and inventory and ensure the sustainable handling of our high-quality products.but also the quality control of the work routes for efficiency and compliance with all hygiene guidelines (HACCP) are part of it, you have the daily cleaning work necessary for this in your little finger.

What you bring with you

You have vocational training in the catering/hotel industry or experience in this field and are willing to learn a lot more; your appearance is authentic and at the same time well-groomed. You have a good grasp of things and are open to new ideas and methods. You contribute creatively when suggestions are needed.
