Description
We are primarily looking for a couple to serve as both a breakfast cook and a housekeeper.
The Hotel Piz Buin ****S is a renowned hotel in the heart of Ischgl. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced breakfast chef (m/f/d) who will enrich our culinary team and help ensure our guests have a first-class start to their day.
Requirements
Responsibilities: Preparing and presenting a varied breakfast menu while taking into account guest preferences, dietary needs, and quality standards in our open kitchen at the breakfast buffet; preparing fresh ingredients, baked goods, cold cuts, egg dishes, fruit, and beverages, etc. Ensuring hygienic work practices and compliance with food safety guidelines Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service What We Expect Experience in preparing breakfast dishes and managing breakfast buffets Knowledge of food safety and hygiene guidelines Creativity and a passion for culinary creations A team player with excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, especially during the early morning hours. Knowledge of GERMAN AND ENGLISH is essential
