Your tasks
- Preparation of dishes according to the instructions of the Chef de Cuisine or the respective position for our house or A la Carté guests
- Independently ensuring a professional mise en place
- Responsible for an optimal production process
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials
Requirements
Your profile - Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel / catering industry - Completed vocational training in the hotel / restaurant industry
- Very good knowledge of German
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
- Ambition, sociability and motivation
- High service and quality orientation
- Excellent communication as well as a convincing and winning demeanor
- Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and high motivation
- Team player and stress resistance
- Language skills
