Your responsibilities:
- Serving as the point of contact for our guests and your team members
- Ensuring smooth service operations in all areas of the restaurant
- Planning and organizing the restaurant team
- You embody the Eggerwirt values and guiding principles yourself and convey them to our restaurant team
- Conducting briefings and menu discussions with staff members
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- You enjoy providing professional advice and sales-oriented guest service
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Professional experience in the upscale hospitality and restaurant industry
- Completion of sommelier training and a passion for wine culture are a plus
- You have a polished appearance and good manners
- Teamwork, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure are your strengths
- An organized, independent, and structured approach to work comes naturally to you
- Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
