In the best sunny location in Kirchberg, with a view of the surrounding Brixental mountain landscape and in the immediate vicinity of Kitzbühel, whose ski area is second to none, we delight our guests every day with genuine Tyrolean hospitality. We have 116 rooms and suites, a newly designed 3700 m² spa area with a fitness room, indoor pool (7x18m), a variety of saunas, and spacious relaxation areas. Our restaurant with its panoramic windows, two dining rooms, and bar enchants our guests every day with traditional and international cuisine, with a focus on regional products. Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ... • Organizing mise en place and taking responsibility for the station • Preparing and presenting salads and cold starters • Producing and plating high-quality menu items • Adhering to and developing recipes • Implementing HACCP hygiene guidelines and safety regulations • Stock management and ordering in consultation with the head chef • Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory YOUR PROFILE ... • Completed vocational training as a chef • Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy • Confident, friendly, and well-groomed appearance • Ability to work in a team and think and act independently • Flexibility and resilience • Goal-oriented problem solving and professional time management • Enjoyment of the profession combined with a high level of quality awareness • Good German language skills (other foreign languages are an advantage)
