Requirements
YOUR TASKS ... - Support and deputize for our chef Support or representation of our chef - Organization of the mise en place and responsible management of the post - High-quality production and preparation of the corresponding menu components - Compliance with and development of recipes - Implementation of hygiene guidelines according to HACCP and safety regulations - Stock keeping and ordering in consultation with the chef - Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory YOUR PROFILE .. - Completed vocational training as a chef - Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy - Confident, friendly and well-groomed appearance - Ability to work in a team and think and act independently - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - Goal-oriented problem solving and professional time management - Enjoyment of the job combined with high quality awareness - Good knowledge of German (other foreign languages an advantage)
