Description
We are looking for a creative tournant for our upscale bed-and-breakfast kitchen for approximately 10 months a year during the summer/winter season or on a seasonal basis, whichever you prefer. The position runs from December 3, 2026, through April 12, 2027, and again from May 13, 2027, through November 8, 2027, and so on. We cook at a high standard, which naturally requires top-quality ingredients that we source from local farmers and, for the most part, regional suppliers. A large breakfast buffet with front cooking; a lunch snack buffet featuring grilled items prepared à la minute, pasta dishes, and a salad bar; an afternoon cake buffet and cold snacks; and gourmet dinners consisting of a combination of served courses and a buffet selection—there are always two appetizers to choose from.
