Description
We are looking for a creative entremetier for our upscale boarding house kitchen for approximately 10 months per year during the summer/winter season or for seasonal employment, depending on your preferences. The position starts on May 20, 2026, and runs until November 10, 2026, and then again from December 5, 2026, to April 11, 2027, etc. We cook to a high standard, so naturally we need top-quality ingredients, which we source from local farmers and mainly regional suppliers. Large breakfast buffet with front cooking, snack buffet at lunchtime with à la minute grilled dishes, pasta dishes and salad bar, cake buffet and cold snacks in the afternoon, gourmet dinner is a combination of served courses and buffet selection, there are always 2 starters to choose from.
Requirements
If you have completed training and have professional experience in a comparable position, can identify with your area of responsibility to the highest degree and are also creative, committed and highly quality-conscious, then you have come to the right place in our team!
