Description
We are looking for a creative pastry chef for our upscale bed-and-breakfast kitchen for approximately 10 months a year during the summer/winter season or on a seasonal basis, whichever you prefer. The start date is negotiable, but must be by November 10, 2026, and the position runs again from December 5, 2026, through April 11, 2027, and so on. We cook at a high level, so naturally we need top-quality ingredients, which we source from local farmers and, for the most part, regional suppliers. Extensive breakfast buffet with front-of-house cooking; lunch snack buffet featuring grilled dishes prepared à la minute, pasta dishes, and a salad bar; afternoon cake buffet and cold snacks; gourmet dinner is a combination of plated courses and a buffet selection, with a choice of two appetizers available at all times.
