Pastry Chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Commis de Partie Patissier (m/f) for a winter position—preferably for about 10 months a year—or for a seasonal position, whichever you prefer. The position runs from December 2, 2026, through April 12, 2027, and we’d be happy to have you return from May 13, 2027, through November 8, 2027, and so on. Performance-based compensation is a given for us. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: Assisting the pastry chef. Performing all tasks in accordance with the company’s policies and management guidelines. Preparing and serving dishes to the guests’ complete satisfaction. OBJECTIVES: Efficient use of ingredients, quality in accordance with the company’s standards, and high-quality production. SPECIFIC DUTIES: • Preparing and serving daily desserts and cakes. • Placing orders in collaboration with the station manager • Assisting with the receipt and inspection of food deliveries • Sharing responsibility for the careful handling of all food items, cleaning supplies, and kitchen equipment, as well as their proper storage • Sharing responsibility for impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the kitchen area • Various preparatory tasks at the beginning and end of the season
