We are looking for a committed and independent Gardemanger. Are you a master of the cold kitchen and an excellent 5-course evening menu for discerning hotel guests and organic certification are no foreign words to you? Then you've come to the right place. Our ¾ nature gourmet board starts the day with an exceptional breakfast, in the afternoon there is a buffet for which you are largely responsible and the day ends with a delicious five-course evening menu. The kitchen service for our hotel guests is known as one of the best in Tyrol. As a good Gardemanger, you are significantly involved in the kitchen's success, which is also financially rewarded. Your profile 😊

• You enjoy bringing cold dishes to perfection and have excellent training. Your tasks will include the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, compliance with hygiene regulations, stock control and ordering in consultation with the head chef.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience.
• You love creative salad buffets and beautiful cold platters.
• You have a good command of German.
• You take guests' allergies and intolerances seriously.
• You are looking forward to a modern, newly built kitchen.
