We are looking for a committed and independent Gardemanger 😊.

Our ¾ nature gourmet board starts the day with an exceptional breakfast, in the afternoon there is a buffet for which you are largely responsible and the day ends with a fine five-course dinner menu. The kitchen service for our hotel guests is known as one of the best in Tyrol and you play a key role in the kitchen's success.

Your profile 😊

• You enjoy bringing cold dishes to perfection and have a good education. Your tasks will include the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, compliance with hygiene regulations, stock control and ordering in consultation with the head chef.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience.
• You love creative salad buffets and beautiful cold platters.
• You have a good command of German.
• You take guests' allergies and intolerances seriously.
