Receptionist (m/f/d)

We’re looking for someone like you who wants to work alongside the motivated Rübezahl TEAM to ensure the well-being of our nearly 110 individual guests. Working closely with other departments, you’ll make sure our guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Always friendly, always keeping your composure—this job marks the start of the vacation and the end of our guests’ pampering experience. You can expect a variety of tasks—it’s certainly never boring. :)

This position can also be combined with a distance learning program in "Hotel Management" at IST University Düsseldorf.

• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English; knowledge of any other languages is a plus
• At least one year of professional experience in the upscale hospitality industry
• Completed vocational training at a HoFa or HoKa, or career changers with experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Opera Cloud, Re:Guest, and hotelkit is a plus.
