Description
Your workplace is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, with a fantastic panoramic view of the Danube and the foothills of the Alps, at the entrance to the Wachau. The Hotel Schachner in the Wachau-Nibelungengau is a family-run 4-star hotel with a restaurant (14 Gault Millau points - 2 toques). Together with our employees, we lovingly look after our hotel and restaurant guests, always focusing on the hospitality and warmth that our employees bring to the table.

Requirements
- Responsible management of housekeeping and their training and further development
- Control, inspection and approval of the rooms and the entire public areas in the hotel (bar, restaurant, spa, outdoor & indoor areas)
- Representation of the housekeeping team at department manager level
- Support with staff deployment planning
- Environmentally and cost-conscious use of cleaning agents
- Active and communicative cooperation within the team
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards
- Tidiness and cleanliness
- German language skills appropriate to the job
- Enjoy dealing with people and working in a team
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Ability to work in a team
- Polite and respectful interaction with colleagues and guests
- Honest hospitality and attention to detail and the beautiful surroundings
