House electrician (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to handle all repair and maintenance work at the hotel.  

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical matters within the building and throughout the entire outdoor facilities, as well as handling their upkeep and maintenance. Your responsibilities include all types of repairs in guest rooms and public areas, as well as the maintenance of all systems, such as heating, plumbing, pool equipment, and electronics. Our in-house technician is also in constant communication with other departments to stay informed about any malfunctions or repairs that need to be addressed in the building. You will ensure excellent service quality, order, cleanliness, and safety within your areas of responsibility.

Profile: Manual dexterity and technical aptitude; Initial experience in maintenance or technical work, ideally in the hospitality industry; Ability to work independently and responsibly; Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; Strong communication skills, ability to handle pressure, and enjoyment of working in a team; Class B driver's license
