Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintenance and repair work
- Storing goods and monitoring inventory levels
- Handy and technically savvy
- Luggage service upon our guests’ arrival and departure
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel premises
- Maintenance and careful handling of equipment and machinery
- Performing comprehensive cleaning services and landscaping maintenance
- Minor repairs and winter maintenance in the managed facilities
- Compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines
- Waste sorting and disposal
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- A positive attitude
- Hardworking attitude
- Professional experience, common sense, and training in a skilled trade (electrician, technician, plumber, carpenter, etc.)
- Knowledge of German (B1 – intermediate level)
- Skilled in manual and technical work
- Ability to independently identify and report damage, issues, etc.
- Passion for the job, enjoyment of work, and a willingness to tackle tasks head-on
- Good manners and a joy in interacting with our international guests
- Team player, motivated, punctual, and reliable
- Meticulous and organized work style
- Interest in a long-term position (11 months)

1. Excellent pay (€2,750.00net per month!)
2. You decide how many days you want to work: 4-, 5-, 5½-, or 6-day week
3. 13th and 14th month’s salary
