Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of technical systems throughout the hotel
- Troubleshooting in the areas of electrical systems, heating, ventilation, plumbing, pool systems, and building services
- Inspection and compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Collaborating with external service providers and tradespeople
Your profile:
- Completed technical trade training (e.g., electrician, plumber, building services technician, or similar)
- Professional experience in building services, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Ability to work well in a team and flexibility
- Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts
Experience
3 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Mobility
Driving license B
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
