Description
We are looking for a reliable housekeeper / all-rounder (f/m/d) to join our motivated team starting in mid-May 2026, who will support our hotel operations with dedication and a willingness to go the extra mile.
At our privately owned and modern hotel, located right next to the Hahnenkammbahn in Kitzbühel, we place great value on teamwork, clear processes, and a pleasant work environment. Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for cleanliness, order, and maintenance around the house
- Sweeping and keeping outdoor areas, paths, entrances, and driveways clean
- Maintaining the outdoor areas, e.g., watering flowers, weeding, and general gardening
- Performing minor repairs and simple maintenance tasks inside the building
- Assisting with general tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and during daily hotel operations
- Luggage service for our guests, including transporting and storing luggage
- Helping with dishwashing for approximately 1.5 days per week
Assisting the team with practical tasks as they arise in the hotel
Your profile:
- Professional experience as a housekeeper, all-rounder, or in a comparable position, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Manual dexterity and a passion for hands-on tasks
- Willingness to pitch in both indoors and outdoors
- Reliable, independent, and team-oriented work ethic
- Flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Good knowledge of German
- Class B driver’s license
- Language skills
