Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable maintenance technician / all-rounder (f/m/d) to join our team starting in early December 2026—someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and will support our hotel operations with technical skill and a commitment to excellence.
Our privately owned and modern hotel is located right next to the Hahnenkammbahn in Kitzbühel. In addition to high standards of quality, a positive and respectful work environment is especially important to us.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Performing repair, maintenance, and upkeep work throughout the hotel
- Inspecting and maintaining technical equipment, as well as fixing minor technical and handyman-related issues
- Responsibility for cleanliness, order, and upkeep throughout the property
- Maintaining and keeping the outdoor areas, paths, entrances, and driveways clean
- Winter maintenance, particularly snow removal and salting of walkways, entrances, and driveways
- Maintaining outdoor areas, e.g., watering flowers, weeding, and general gardening
- Assistance with handyman and technical tasks in guest rooms and common areas
- Luggage service for our guests, including transporting and storing luggage
- Helping with dishwashing for about 1.5 days per week
- Assisting the team with general practical tasks as part of day-to-day hotel operations
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a trade or several years of relevant practical work experience
- Professional experience as a maintenance technician, all-rounder, or in a comparable position, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Strong manual dexterity and good technical understanding
- Enjoyment of varied hands-on and technical tasks
- Willingness to actively pitch in both indoors and outdoors
- A reliable, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work well in a team, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
- Good knowledge of German
- Class B driver’s license
