Janitor / technician (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair:

  Independently carry out and coordinate all technical repairs and maintenance work in the guest rooms, public areas, technical facilities and outside areas of the hotel.

• Outdoor maintenance:

  Maintaining the gardens, emptying garbage cans, putting back loungers, cleaning paths, carrying out winter maintenance (clearing snow, gritting) and ensuring the cleanliness of the entire hotel grounds.

• Technical operation:

  Checking and operating technical systems such as heating, water supply and lighting.

• Waste management:

  Ensuring waste is separated and disposed of on time in accordance with guidelines.

• Materials management:

  Receiving, checking and storing materials and goods.

• Shuttle service:

  Train station pick-up and drop-off by e-bus.

• Seminar rooms:

  Preparation of events and seminar rooms. Setting up tables and chairs according to the reception plan, cleaning and providing technology and special requests.

• Coordination:

  Commissioning and monitoring external companies and tradesmen in the event of major repairs.

  Your profile:

• Completed technical training (e.g. electrics, plumber, carpentry, locksmith) or several years of experience in the technical field.
• Manual skills and technical understanding.
• Driving license B (ideally also e-bus experience or willingness to undergo training).
• Reliability, ability to work independently and organizational talent.
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance in contact with guests.
