Description
Mainstreet Facility Management provides cleaning and janitorial services for chalets and hotels in Obergurgl. Our guests expect the highest quality and cleanliness. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated supervisor with hands-on experience. You will work as part of the maintenance team, oversee cleaning operations—particularly in the chalets—to ensure they meet our standards, and warmly welcome our guests. In addition, you will serve as the liaison between the team and management and support the cleaning and housekeeping team by ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
Janitorial Duties and Supervision
- You’ll support the janitorial team with their daily tasks and pitch in yourself
- You will oversee the janitorial work and ensure our quality standards are met
- You will verify that tasks are completed properly and on time
Housekeeping Management
- You will manage housekeeping operations in the various chalets
- You inspect rooms and common areas before guests arrive
- You ensure that every chalet meets our standards for cleanliness and presentation
Guest Services in the Chalets
- You will welcome guests upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay
- You will serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for our guests
Work Scheduling and Team Leadership
- You plan daily workflows and assign tasks within the team
- You will assist in creating the work schedules
- You ensure that employees arrive at their work locations on time and ready to work
- You ensure that work uniforms are worn correctly
- You serve as the link between the team and management
Training new employees
- You show new employees their daily tasks and how to perform them correctly
- You distribute work clothes and uniforms
- You train new employees on our apps for shift scheduling and work organization
Administration
- You will conduct inventory checks for cleaning supplies, linens, and work clothes
- You document records in Word, Excel, and our CRM system
Requirements
Your Profile
- Experience in facility management and in-depth knowledge of housekeeping
- Ideally, some experience in team leadership or supervision
- Very good German language skills (required) and good English language skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Proficiency with smartphones (schedule and work apps)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- A friendly and confident demeanor toward guests and coworkers
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Class B driver’s license
- Preferred: Experience driving with a trailer (Class BE driver’s license)
