Description
Janitorial and Maintenance Work (5 days a week)
- Performing general maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks in hotels, apartments, and other buildings.
- Minor repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry within the scope of the respective qualifications.
- Regular inspection of buildings and technical facilities.
- Care and upkeep of common areas, storage rooms, and utility rooms.
- Performing minor renovation work and assembling furniture.
- Assisting with snow removal and winter maintenance.
- Processing repair requests and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborating with external tradespeople and specialized contractors.
Housekeeping – Housekeeping Assistant (1 day per week)
- Assisting the housekeeping team with daily tasks.
- Distributing fresh bed linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Collecting and transporting dirty laundry and trash.
- Assisting the housekeeping staff with cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
- Cleaning hallways, stairwells, and common areas.
- Setting up extra beds and providing additional guest amenities.
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the housekeeping storage rooms.
Requirements
- Work experience as a building superintendent, building technician, or in a similar position.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping is required.
- Manual dexterity and a basic understanding of technical matters.
- Ability to work independently, meticulously, and reliably.
- Physical stamina and flexibility.
- Ability to work well in a team and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of German or English.
- A Class B driver’s license is a plus.
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
