Caretaker / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance and repair work on technical systems and equipment
• Troubleshooting and Resolving Technical Problems
• Ensuring the proper functioning of all building services systems
• Assistance with major repairs and renovation projects
• Documentation of work performed and maintenance intervals
• Maintenance of maintenance schedules and technical documentation

Your Profile:

• Completed training in building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Work experience in the maintenance of building systems
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Ability to work well with others and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Class B Driver's License
