Here's what awaits you on your journey:

• Assisting the reception team in welcoming and attending to our guests
• Processing reservations and inquiries by phone and email
• Creating room cards and managing check-in and check-out processes
• Informing guests about our offerings and activities at the hotel
• Assisting with the maintenance and updating of guest and booking data
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards at the reception desk

You'll be bringing:

• Interest in the hospitality industry and working with guests
• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
• Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
