Description
We are looking for a Housekeeper / Facilities Technician (m/f/d) [Full-time/Part-time] for our MANNI das Hotel!
Are you a skilled all-rounder who can keep a clear head even during the hustle and bustle of a busy hotel day? Do you enjoy making sure guests feel completely at home and that everything runs smoothly? Then join our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Performing minor repairs in guest rooms and public areas (painting, plumbing, furniture).
- Technical maintenance: Inspection and maintenance of building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing).
- Outdoor maintenance: Maintaining outdoor facilities, gardening, and keeping the parking lots clean.
- General duties: Assisting the team with setup and teardown for events, as well as running errands.
Security: Conducting visual inspections throughout the hotel premises to ensure order and safety.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Technical Training/Experience: Completed technical training (electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry) or substantial experience in a similar position, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Reliability: An independent, organized, and conscientious work ethic.
- Personality: A friendly demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends or as part of an on-call schedule.
- Languages: Good command of German.
