We are looking for the following for the 2026/2027 winter season:

Facilities Technician / Terrace

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

Regular maintenance and upkeep of buildings and outdoor facilities
Carrying out minor repairs and renovation work
Monitoring building systems (e.g., heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems)
Coordinating and supervising external service providers
Maintenance of green spaces and snow removal
Assistance with events
General janitorial duties

Your Profile:

Vocational training in a trade or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Reliable, independent, and meticulous work ethic
Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with others
Class B driver’s license
Very good written and spoken German

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 1 Jahr
