Caretaker / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for the following for the 2026/2027 winter season: 

Building Technician / Terrace

Your responsibilities:

• Regular maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and outdoor facilities
• Carrying out minor repairs and renovation work
• Monitoring of building systems (e.g., heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems)
• Coordination and Oversight of External Service Providers
• Maintenance of Green Spaces and Winter Services
• Support for Events
• General Janitorial Duties

Your Profile:

• Vocational training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• A reliable, independent, and meticulous work style
• Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with others
• Class B driver's license
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
