Assistant Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for the following positions starting in December for the 2026/2027 winter season: 

Chef, Sous Chef, or Assistant Chef

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation and Cooking of Our Dishes
• Support for Smooth Kitchen Operations
• Plating and Serving the Dishes
• Compliance with Our Quality and Hygiene Standards
• Cleanliness and Order in the Workplace
• Inspection of goods and proper storage of food
• Close collaboration with the entire kitchen and service team
• Working independently and taking an active role in day-to-day operations

What you should bring:

• Enjoyment of Working in the Kitchen
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, depending on the position
• Team spirit, reliability, and dedication
• Working in a clean, organized, and responsible manner
• The ability to handle pressure and keep a cool head, even when things get hectic
• A commitment to quality and a keen sense of food
• Motivation to learn new things and continue to grow
