As an all-around service and bar staff member, you’re the heart of our hotel—you make sure our guests feel completely at home, from the moment they arrive until their last drink.
Your superpowers:
- Service Hero: Whether at breakfast, in the afternoon, or in the evening at the bar—you’ll support the service team and make sure every wish is fulfilled.
- Bar Artist: You’ll mix drinks, pour beverages, and create a cozy atmosphere with a smile—whether it’s for an aperitif or a nightcap.
- Organizational Talent: You keep track of everything even on busy days, assist with guest communication, and pitch in wherever you’re needed.
Requirements
- Experience working with guests —whether in the dining room or behind the bar—the main thing is that you love being a host or hostess.
- A talent for multitasking —you thrive when no two days are alike, and you keep your cool even during hectic moments.
- A passion for coffee, communication, and hospitality —from the perfect cappuccino to casual small talk.
- Friendliness & openness —you reach out to people and are interested in guests from all over the world.
- Flexibility & team spirit – you step in wherever you’re needed, and you bring a good sense of humor to the table.
