Description
Your main tasks:
- Check-in, check-out
- Final billing upon departure
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Processing incoming inquiries
- Maintaining the guest file
- Inspection rounds
Requirements
- You have completed training as a hotel specialist
- Experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry
- Experience with relevant reservation programs, especially Gastrodat
- Enjoy interacting with guests, especially on the phone
- You are open, friendly, and have a positive attitude, and you enjoy working with international guests.
- Accuracy
- Very good English skills (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- You are a strong team player, work independently, and are motivated and committed.
