Description
Your main responsibilities:
- Check-in, check-out
- Final settlement upon departure
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Processing incoming inquiries
- Maintaining the guest registry
- Inspection rounds
Requirements
- You have completed training as a hotel manager
- Experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry
- Experience with relevant reservation systems, especially Gastrodat
- Enjoy interacting with guests, especially over the phone
- You are open-minded, friendly, and have a positive demeanor, and you enjoy working with international guests.
- Attention to detail
- Very good English skills (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus)
- You are a true team player who works independently, is motivated, and is dedicated to your work.
